I Found You

I wasn’t looking, Didn’t have a clue. Life had another plan… The day I found you. One message, One smile, One laugh out of the blue. Who would’ve ever guessed… It was leading me to you. Funny how life Gets it right sometimes. Every twist and turn… Was all by design. Thank God I found you, Right when I needed new. You turned getting old… Into something new. Every road I wandered, Every mile I knew… Makes a whole lot more sense… ’Cause it led to you. Thank God… I found you. Now every morning Starts with a grin. The world’s still spinning… But I’m ready again. The miles behind us Don’t feel so long. Funny how the right one… Makes the whole world strong. Every wrong turn, Every goodbye… Every road I walked… Brought you into my life. Thank God I found you, Right when I needed new. You turned getting old… Into something new. Every road I wandered, Every dream came true. I’d walk them all again… Just to get to you. Thank God I found you, Every day’s a better view. Life had one more surprise… The day I found you. Every road behind me, Every mile was true. There’s only one more thing… I need to say to you. I love you, Jan. Thank God… I found you.
